1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, in original condition, and packaged with all accessories/manuals.
- The item is not listed as non-returnable (see section 4).
Note: Items must be returned in a resellable condition. Products that show signs of use, physical damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at fancy_budget@outlook.com with:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
- Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Opened software or digital products with license keys
- Clearance or “As-Is” items
- Items returned after 7 days without prior communication
- Products damaged due to misuse or customer handling
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer:
- Replacement (if available)
- Exchange
- Full refund
