1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply instead.

3. Refund for Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If your order was paid via bank transfer, please provide your banking details for the refund.
4. Exceptions
Clearance items cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
Any product that has already been packed or shipped is not eligible for cancellation.
