1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories/manuals.
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please:
- Email us at fancy_budget@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include the following details:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (including packaging and defect)
3. Exchange Process
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- You must return the item to our address at your own cost (unless the fault is ours).
- After we inspect the returned item, we will:
- Send a replacement item
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Software products or items with license codes
- Items labeled as “Clearance” or “As-Is”
- Peripherals/accessories with tampered packaging
- Any item returned after 7 days without prior notice
5. Warranty Claims
If your product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly for service. We are happy to assist with basic warranty guidance if needed.
