- In case of delays due to high volume or stock issues, we will contact you via email or phone.
3. Delivery Time
- Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 3–7 business days

4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and delivery location.

6. Delivery Issues

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will assist in resolving issues.

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.
- For lost or missing packages, we will help liaise with the courier to initiate a claim.
